You’ll taste six different wines at the event; three will be from the Old World (Europe) and three will be from the New World (US, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa). Maslow 6 shop owner Keri Kunzle will teach us how to taste and experience the wines! With each wine, Flatiron Kitchen, a new boutique catering company in NYC, will provide specially paired h’ors doeuvres to eat.

Rifle Shooting Lesson and Shooting Range Practice * 11/17 & 11/18 * 7PM * West Side Pistol Range
Learn how to shoot a gun with safety and confidence at the West Side Pistol Range, the 43-year-old institution and the only operation in Manhattan to have both a classroom and shooting range at the same location. Join Urban Girl Squad as we head into shooting territory!
At the event, you’ll receive:
- A 20 minute shooting and safety lesson with an NRA certified Range Safety Officer
- All safety equipment and gun rental – Ruger 10/22 semi-automatic rifle
- 50 rounds for each participant to shoot
- $35 return visit for all attendees

Have you ever wondered if you’re wearing the best clothes for your body type? Is your wardrobe filled with black and gray? Join Silfath Pinto, expert Stylist and Image Consultant from the Fashion Institute of Technology, as we explore how to look your best everyday.
At this event, you’ll have a free glass of wine while Silfath helps you personally evaluate:
- Which colors makes you look your best and which colors to avoid
- What types of clothes and styles are best for your body type
- How to easily incorporate color into your existing wardrobe
- How to make small changes in your wardrobe to accentuate your body type

Introduction to Pole Dancing * 1/28 * 6 – 6:30PM Sign in, 6:30 – 8PM Class * S Factor
Join S Factor and Urban Girl Squad for an introduction to pole dance workout and more. At this class, you’ll try S Factor’s exhilarating S Factor Workout, S Walk and “Firefly” pole trick. Your instructor will answer every question you have about the sensational world of S Factor and share a demo dance of this sensual and unique style of movement.
S Factor’s all-women studios are dimly lit and have no mirrors. Our community is wholesome, non-judgmental and here to empower you. There is no stripping in our Intro Classes and no athletic or dance ability is required. Just bring your naturally beautiful female form and come play!
Students should wear workout attire. To ensure a firm grip on the pole, please do not apply lotion on the day of class.
